What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal through our secure checkout.
We also accept money orders and wire transfers - please call us for details on how to do this.
Will I be billed immediately for my purchase?
If you pay with a credit card you will not be billed until the order ships. If you are using a
debit card tied to a bank account, or Paypal, you will be billed immediately. Sorry, but we cannot control this.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
We make every effort to get a tracking number for shipped items. Any item shipped from us will
receive a tracking number when it ships. Generally items that get shipped from the manufacturer
will also have a tracking number, but make take additional time to get entered into our system.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Standard shipping on our site is ground shipping. However, we can ship via any expedited
method you choose: 3 Day, 2nd Day, Next Day, etc. Please contact us at 1-877-NAMOTORS to receive
an expedited shipping quote.
Do you warranty your products?
We do not offer a 'Warranty' on the products we sell. However, most products come with a
manufacturers standard warranty. In addition, we stand behind the products we sell and will
address each case individually and assist you in the best way we can.
How do I return an order?
You can return an order within 30 days of purchase. The item must be new and never installed
on a vehicle. To return an item please call us at 1-877-NAMOTORS to arrange the details.
The original shipping charges are a serivce paid to the carrier and are not refundable. In addition,
there is a 10% restocking fee.
How do I log into my account?
You log into your account using the email address and password you signed up with. If you
placed an order over the phone, login will be the email address you provided the sales rep,
and your password will be your last name.

How do I change my password?
You may change your password at any time once you log in on
this page.
How do I track an order?
You can track a shipped order by logging into your account and viewing your
order status. Click on the order number you would like to track to
view the order details. You will then be able to track each item by clicking on the
corresponding tracking number.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ground shipping generally takes 5 business days (Monday - Friday) to move across the
continental U.S. Expedited shipments are time guaranteed.
What are your hours?
Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 9AM to 6PM EST, Fridays 9AM to 5PM EST, and
Saturdays 10AM to 3PM EST. We are closed on Sundays.
I live near you! Can I pick my order up?
Absolutely! However, we do not stock everything on our website in our store, and certain
items in particular are considered "special orders". We recommend that you give us a call
before stopping by to see if we have what you want, especially if you're not local to us!
Directions to our store
Do you match prices from other stores?
We do not have a price-matching guarantee. However, please let us know if you find something
at a lower price elsewhere, and we'll see what we can do to meet or beat the price.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do have wholesale arrangements available for certain brands. Please
contact us by phone or email for details.
Do you do installations?
We offer some installation services ranging from ECU flashing to body kit installs. You can see
a complete list on our
services page. If you're not near us, any
certified mechanic should be able to install any of the parts we sell.
Do you sell stock or OEM parts?
We do not offer stock parts through our site. We do have relationships with a few companies that
provide stock parts, so if you need assistance obtaining a stock piece we'd be happy to
recommend someone.
Where's my receipt?
Receipts are available online for you to print at your convenience. Visit the
orders
page to see all of your past orders with us. Click on the order number you're interested in, and then click
the 'Print Receipt' button.
Do you have a catalog?
At this time we do not have a print catalog. The most complete listing of parts we carry
can be found on our website. However, we do have access to many more parts than you see on
our site, so give us a call if you cannot find what you're looking for.
Do you sell on eBay?
We sometimes sell clearance and overstock items on eBay. You can find our items by clicking
here. Since eBay is an auction
site, We do not match other sellers prices.
