Engineered utilizing state of the art CAD CAM 3D modeling, CNC machining and computer controlled Superflow air flow testing. This system is constructed from mandrel bent 18g steel tube. VF uses K&N air filers for all its induction filter systems including supercharger and turbocharger systems. The intake kit includes an air filter heat shield. As usual you can expect a clean simple fit from this classic VF-Engineering product. This air intake is designed to improve throttle response, power, and torque when used in conjunction with aftermarket ECU software and/or exhaust system.

| This product is great! the fit is incredibly tight, but after trimming the vinyl tubing a bit, it went together no problem. I did have to put in an extension for the MAF sensor, I preferred this rather than unwinding the maf sensor coupler from the main wiring harness. The Car sounds throaty and is a fair amount louder now once I get past 2/3rd of the way to redline. I am going to be getting a GIAC flash this week to take advantage of the intake. This was a good deal, N. A. Motorsports has been a great place to get my MKV performance parts. |

| The intake is a great intake, aside from the fact that it is not designed for the 08's. Do not purchase this intake for the 08 just yet due to the fact that it has the hole for the temp sensor drilled post filter. just my .02 |
