NEUSPEED's Race Series Modular Cold Air Extension Kit gives you a true cold air intake with the ability to switch back to a short ram style intake during inclement weather. Once installed, the original filter is relocated to just behind the front bumper for lower intake temperatures and maximum power. The Race series intake places the filter element in the front, driver's side inner fender compartment. While this position is somewhat shielded, we do not recommend driving with the intake in cold air configuration during wet weather. In case of wet weather conditions, you can use our supplied caps to cap the extension kit and relocate the filter to it original P-Flo location.

The NEUSPEED Intake allows you to uncork the intake side of your engine, drawing in a nearly unlimited supply of air. Most applications gain an honest 5-10hp at the wheels in the midrange and higher rpms (depending on the vehicle.) Plus, every P-Flo kit includes a high-performance, multi-layer cotton gauze air filter that is washable and reusable, and traps dirt better than your original paper filter. You also get an aggressive, deep throaty engine roar when you step on the gas pedal.

The OE engine cover is an integral part of the OE air intake box, and must be removed as part of the installation of the P-Flo Kit. Neuspeed has a carbon fiber engine cover that can be used along with their P-Flo intake. See the related part for more details.
