FMDVFSITV - Forge Motorsport Replacement Vacuum Operated Piston Diverter Valve
Yet another first for the Volkswagen and Audi tuning market from Forge! Many owners, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM Solenoid valves on the VAG 2.0 litre FSIt engines have their limitations. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap or the valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the OEM unit is quickly reduced. Ultimately the diaphragm fails. Well now we have the solution. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a vacuum operated piston valve that retains the engine management control. This means that you can have the reliability of a piston valve and not have to sacrifice all the benefits the manufacturer built into this type of ECU controlled system.

PCV function is properly retained and no emissions functions are tampered with this modification.

After months of extensive research and design, Autotech is proud to announce the release of our 2.0T Hi-Volume Fuel Pump Upgrade Kit. If you have felt the dreaded fuel cut in your 2.0T powered vehicle, this kit is an absolute must. Through the use of state of the art materials, heat-treating, and aerospace machining we were able to come up with an affordable yet extremely accurate product.

Originally designed as a component for our upcoming turbo upgrade kit, this pump was designed to capacitate 300+ horsepower. Also, gains of 30+ft.lbs. beyond standard stage 2 programming can be obtained with fuel pump specific ECU tuning.

Installation:
The Autotech fuel pump comes with installation instructions for those of you who would like to install this yourself. While the installation does not require a lot of expertise, it is best left to someone who is familiar with working on cars and is mechanically inclined.
