H&R Sport Springs are their most popular springs. They lower your car an average of 1.5-1.75 inches (depending on make and model) for improved handling, better aerodynamics and a simply great look. Each spring is tuned for that balanced combination of handling and control, yet still exhibiting a comfortable ride (about 25-30 percent stiffer than stock). PLEASE BE AWARE: There is a mid year change in the size of the top of the front springs. Please check to see which tops are in your car. Open the hood and look at the tops of the struts. If the struts have a black plastic cap, use part number HR54764. If there is a round metal top with rubber around it, and no plastic cap you should have the smaller spring end, use part number HR54748. THESE SPRINGS FIT: Volkswagen Golf 3/Jetta 3 8 Valve 1993-6/1996. LOWERS: Front 1.4 inches / Rear 1.3 inches.
