H&R Sport Springs are their most popular springs. They lower your vehicle for improved handling, better aerodynamics and a simply great look. Each spring is tuned for that balanced combination of handling and control, yet still exhibiting a comfortable ride (about 25-30 percent stiffer than stock).

I have to say that the H & R sport springs made two noticeable differences; balancing the Bilstein Sport Shocks and changed the overall look of the car (made it more aggressive). The more important of the two here is the former. I had the shocks installed prior to the springs and noticed that the handling was less than acceptable. Once the springs were installed the handling became more neutral and predictable. I can’t make a generalization and say that for every car you need to change both shocks and springs but for my car, 2008 R32, I believe that the springs and shocks need to be “tuned” to each other. In terms of ride comfort well I do feel every nook and cranny the wonderful roads up here in New England have to offer. Another interesting aspect of the overall change was more torque. The tighter suspension setup promotes better acceleration. I’m pretty happy with the springs and would recommend them.
