| 42 Draft Designs Lower A-Pod |
| Product Code: DD 42-03012 |
Other products from 42 Draft Designs |
|
Molded from ABS plastic and professionally upholstered, 42 Draft Design's A-pillar gauge pods are perfect for holding a single gauge. Unlike the typical A-pillar pod, 42's pod is designed to be positioned at the lowest point possible without blocking the defrost vent. Their pod fits 2 1/16” (52mm) gauges of any type. The pod is large enough to accommodate mounting brackets, wire and tubing with ease. A built in wire trail is used to cleanly route wires and tubing below the dashboard.
Installation is solid and simple. Designed to wrap securely around the A-pillar, tabs of excess fabric extend from 3 mounting points. Use contact cement, hot glue, Velcro®, or tape to attach the mounting tabs to the back of the stock A-pillar. This product requires no permanent modification and leaves the A-pillar in original condition. Some 2001 and later VW vehicles use A-pillar mount airbags. A-pillar pods should NOT be used on these vehicles.

| Great product & looks great. I had to replace the 1st due to sun bleach. The color comes right out in just a few months after Arizona sun . I measured my 2nd pod where the sun damage took place on the 1st pod. Covered that area with a dash matt fabric that was the same color of pod & interior of the car. |
Installed on: 2005 Volkswagen Jetta IV

APR Motorsport 27mm Rear Swaybar
|
| "My previous vehicle was a Dodge SRT-4 which has a fairly well sorted suspension system. After 5 years of ownership and various tweaks to sway bars and bushings it handled quite sharply.
Moving to a 20..." |
