Front mounted intercooler kit (FMIC), 2.0T FSI engine on MKV Golf/GTI/Jetta, with Garrett 400HP GT Spec high density/high efficiency Bar and Plate intercooler core, ATP cast end tanks. A combo that yieds almost no pressure drop and on a stock turbo with a chip, reduces intake temp by over 30 degrees to keep power consistent and engine reliable. Electro-polished 2.5" stainless tubing, multi-layer silicone connectors and t-bolt clamps. Special machined and o-ring adapter for stock turbo outlet connection. All ends of piping work is machine rolled for slip free operation. Installation requires no cutting of the vehicle to fit and sits flush against the front facia of the bumper to maximize airflow. Once I odered it they said it was back order for two weeks for a part that was missing. Once I received the parts there were no directions or parts lists! Just core, 2 pipes, and a zip lock bag full of peices. The install didn't go as they said. The reason I bought there product is b/c they said it bolts right up and there is no cutting! Well, once again they were wrong! Unlike all the other intercoolers, this does not bolt right up. You have to drill holes in your bumper support and cut remove a couple flaps and mounts. Also, one of there pipes(driver side) was not bent correctly and did not line up or mount up like it was supposed to. Even if it did you have to remove your horn on the driver side because it takes that mount. Horrible design and even worse craftsmanship! Definately recommend spending the extra couple hundred bucks and get the nuespeed. Overall, worst experiance and product ever purchased and I have done just about every upgrade to my GTI possi me minus a bigger turbo!
