Autotech has designed these new lightweight swaybars to provide increased stiffness without paying a weight penalty! Their tubular swaybars can be 30% to 50% lighter than equivalent rate solid bars. For example, their 25mm lightweight front swaybar for the Golf 2 is 32% stiffer than a 22mm solid bar, yet weighs 31% less. These lightweight bars are every bit as strong as conventional swaybars, and will probably outlast the rest of the car! 'Complete' kits include all mounting hardware. 'Upgrade' kits fit cars equipped with factory swaybars, or those with Autotech's solid swaybars.
